Producer, Story By

Nate has been obsessed with fantasy gaming his entire life. From D&D to live-action roleplaying, he never stopped playing. When not gaming, he found himself making films, and ended up working as a video editor. Over the past two decades he’s cut countless projects ranging from nation TV commercials, to the indie feature Kissing Jessica Stein. More recently he shifted focus, directing and producing the award-winning narrative feature Forgetting the Girl.

His two loves, fantasy and film, finally intersected at Dwarven Forge. As the resident Creative Director, he builds elaborate miniature “film sets” out of Dwarven Forge pieces. Then shoots these cinematic dioramas to create epic online videos. His work is showcased in the miniature scenes in The Dwarvenaut.

He currently lives in Manhattan with his wife Talya, their son Grayson, and has a second baby due this summer. When not gaming, he’s developing a narrative feature, HEXE, about a live-action roleplayer who has to use his gaming skills and a foam sword to save the world.
